zeer slechte service! spel werd niet geleverd, telefonisch niet bereikbaar en duurt dagen voor je reactie op je mail krijgt. ze zijn wel snel met het incasseren van je geld, maar het duurde een maand voordat ik het terug kreeg.

Do not, under any circumstance, order your games here. They do not respond to your emails, have a timeframe of 2 hours in which they will answer the phone, but even that seems like too much of a hassle for them. Shipping takes ages and if you thought you would get a tracking code: think again. You will not get one, the most you WILL get at Spelspul.nl is a grumpy employee that makes you feel like you're in the wrong for even having the guts to call them about your order. Again, you are warned: never order here! Go somewhere else with a higher price or more shipping costs, but at least you will be treated like a customer instead of a nuisance in these idiot's day to day life.

Vrijdag een storage organizer besteld, maandag netjes geleverd door Bpost. De reviews hier maakten me wat ongerust maar dat was blijkbaar voor niks nodig.

just recently addes some items in the shopping basket, i wanted to order different meeples. afther some time i managed to get select al the different meeples and colors. --> went to the shopping basket to see it only got half of the items i selected. it now is the problem that the basket only can take up to 25 different items and i wanted about 35-40. I had contact with the webshop/shop owner, it replied with: but u can open a second browser en put the remaining items in that basket and order it online. it seemd like a good option only i asked back what about the double shipping costs? the answer i had back was simple . u wil pay double shipping costs because it are two different orders (and deal with it). i am not willing to order at a store that knows that its webshop has a problem and isnt willing to compromise in a solotion that benifits both. not amused at the store and the contact with the webshop/shop owner.

2x bestelling gedaan. 1e keer moest ik nog eens bellen om te vragen waar de spelonderdelen bleven - die waren ze helemaal vergeten. de 2e keer via boardgamegeek een spel besteld. pas na herhaaldelijk emailen kreeg ik antwoord. spel was niet leverbaar. toen heb ik een ander, goedkoper spel gekocht, maar het prijsverschil niet teruggekregen (op email wordt niet gereageerd, telefoon niet opgenomen). spelspul - never again.

Eerste bestelling is binnen en kwam vlot. Ook een vraag die ik had werd zeer snel beantwoord. Ze hebben ook bijzondere spellen die ik nergens anders ben tegengekomen. Veel spellen zijn bovendien aangenaam geprijst. Kortom ik kan de spelspul webshop van harte aanbevelen. Punt van kritiek is de website zelf. Man man wat een trage bedoening is dat! Je kan niet lekker de hele rits spellen doorscrollen. Elke keer komt er een balk met 'laden' en dan kun je weer de volgende 10 spellen zien. Dat is werkelijk een crime! Je moet gewoon exact weten wat je zoekt en dan is het makkelijk. Maar om ideeen op te doen is de site hopeloos. Doet verder niks af aan mijn positieve gevoel over de spelspul winkel zelf! Aanrader!

After 1 week, they have still not even shipped my order! Many excuses, and good intentions about delivering to shipping central, but I have yet to see them actually ship my order. After one week. They are days in answering replies. This is my last order from this shop. **UPDATE** I am now changing my reply from 2 star, to 1 star. I was charged on my payment, on the first day, the shop was then 1 week at ordering a shipping label (ordering a label, not actually shipping the parcel). One week later, there was finally tracking on my shipment. Spelspul.nl stated, it could take a week, from shipping the DHL parcel, till tracking information came up (no tracking from NL to central DE). DHL did however not agree on it taking one week. I have now for 2 weeks, tried to communicate with them over mail both in paypal and with their email. To get a refund. And they simply don't answer.. This is my first 1 star.

Het duurde uiteindelijk 2 maanden voordat ik de bestelling ontvangen had. Contact opnemen via mail, telefoon en Facebook viel niet mee. Over de spullen zelf ben ik tevreden.
