I was told about this from my local skin clinic Julliett John. They said to use this site for some sun face cream called Helio gel. The service from start to finish was wonderful and it came so quickly thank you for the prompt service.

I ordered a product from the outlet store on 30.7.23 which was for 20 bottles. I re ordered the exact same product on the 19.7.23 exact same price but the second time i only received 5 bottles . They also were supposed to put in a mystery bundle which I received only 1 product in . When I complained and sent photos they said the order was right, and I could not return any items as they were from the outlet section. I said I wouldn't be ordering again I have ordered from here for a while and class myself as a good loyal customer no reply after that . It would appear they have many customers so not to care about losing one and putting a shoddy order together . It would also appear there are many more negative reviews of late for this company after reading through for this year . Face the futures reply below , I know what I received and you know what you sent out so that reply is just ridiculous.

I purchased a ZO retinol with them in February 2023 and just noticed recently that the product expires in September 2023, which means that it only have six months of use after purchase. I contacted them and they advised me to continue using the product even after expiry date as long as I finish it within 12 moths of opening! I contacted ZO and they confirmed that this is not right, and they would not recommend it. However, Face the Future refused to take responsibility and insisted that I have plenty of time to used up the product. Please do not buy as their products are not up to standard quality and customer service team would not do anything to help.
