Have ordered from facethefuture for just over a year now, always do great discount on my is clinical and medik8 products. Really quick delivery- usually 1/2 days. Always return back to order form them. Plus little freebies that come with order are a plus!

Very very poor customer service

Very very poor customer service. I would not trust this company in any future purchase. There are plenty of ethical companies out there who care about their customers as well as their profit, to shop with.

This is my first and the last…

This is my first and the last experience with this company. I ordered 2 hair products from R+Co, R+Co Moon Landing Anti-Humidity Spray arrived faulty. There was no damage on the packaging in or out. First of all spray was half empty, so i flagged it to the customer service straight away, they asked me to weight it and send the photo which i did which proved again that product wasn't 60g but 40g and that's with packaging so it was even less inside. The next day i've decided to try it to see if this product is working at all while i'm waiting for exchange. The spray didn't work, i made a video as another proof that this product is clearly faulty and probably it was even a tester before. I was advised by the customer service that they need to wait for the feedback form the brand as they order it directly from them, but I order it directly from this company. Why should i wait for the feedback if this is between this company and the brand. I honestly don't understand why i was never given any options here - exchange or refund? I'm still waiting for resolution which is very clear to me - if you can't send me a new product then just refund and i order from somewhere else. Awful experience, never again

Skinsider Review Club

This review is specifically for the Skinsider Review Club. It says on the website that one would receive free products to test in exchange for HONEST reviews after 3-4 weeks. I joined the club and after using the products I was ready to give my honest feedback. But the agent who contacted me insisted that I had to also provide before and after pictures of my skin/body or the relevant area of use. I think this is ridiculous and assumes that EVERY product does indeed work and make a difference! What if there was no difference before and after? Well I did not provide any pictures because there was no difference before and after - I was removed from the club because of this. I think the pictures should be mandatory only if my HONEST review indicated that I noticed a difference.

They wiped my points due to "inactivity"

Logged into my Face the future account today to make a purchase only to realise they'd removed my almost 800 points due to "inactivity" Anyone else experienced this? Hardly fair as points are earned through ACTUAL purchases made. Very disappointing...! UPDATE: I am happy that facethefuture took the time to respond, but the fact that something is mentioned on a website doesn't mean that it makes for a good customer experience!

I purchased a mistery bundle for £29.99…

I purchased a mistery bundle for £29.99 which allegedly contained 7 products and 1 free sample, however in mine i found 6 products and 2 free samples (one sachet and one 10mL vial clearly stating “cannot be sold separately”). After back and forth e-mail, across one month and half (as the customer service is not very receptive) explaining the same thing to different operators of the customer service admitted that I should’ve received one more product and one less free sample, however no one did anything e.g., sending the missing product, offering a small voucher to spend on their website. So i decided to escalate this and I filled a complaint form, this was the answer received “ Hi Georgia, I am sorry you feel like you need to complete this complaints form. I have looked over all the correspondence, I do apologise if you are unhappy with the Mystery Bundle you have received, we have had some great feedback about this bundle for the price. There are 7 products in the picture you have sent and 2 samples. The box with the Dermalogica contains 2 products, you then have the Gatinau, Philip Kingsley, Eucerin, Coats and Answer. The La Roche and Rodial are the samples. I understand your frustrations around the description of the bundle and this has been fed back to our marketing team so it is clearer for items like this going forward but as you have received 7 items, we are unable to send another item or offer a voucher”. Bare in mind that the dermatologica product mentioned was a “TRAVEL SIZE - Dermalogica AGE Bright 3mL Clearing Serum + 4g micro exfoliation” which couldn’t be possibly split and sold separately. Simply disappointed!

Unable to cancel order, customer service very slow

Product itself was fine but by arrival was no longer required. Delivery was downgraded from what I had selected and this was not apparent until after payment. Emailed immediately for cancellation but customer service could not respond until after dispatch to say cancellation was not possible.

No issues

I have ordered items twice now from this company and both times have been great. Good packaging, arrived on time and I also got little sample products which is fab because alot of companies don't do this. I like to test certain things out before I buy them :) I'll continue to use this website for purchases in future. Thank you

Missing item.

Missing item. Refused refund after I filled in their form. I was not prepared to accuse Royal Mail of tampering so basically lost £144. They say all items were sent. They were not. Shocking service. Certainly won’t order again. The reply below is untrue. It showed items in a green plastic tray. Proved nothing. It did not show them boxed up in any way. Bank agreed and refunded. Perhaps you would like to show it on here and let people decide!!
