Out of Stock SPF Skin Ceuticals product con
I re-ordered the SPF Skin Ceuticals. I was on a wait list to be notified when new stock arrived. When I received the notification I completed my 'basket' of items and found the discount code did not work. I am still waiting for anything to arrive. Today, they say there is no SPF for my holiday and I have to wait until October. It was rather underhand to treat a regular customer like this. The notification received: Unfortunately, we have been informed that there is currently a manufacturing delay with the following product: SkinCeuticals Mineral Radiance UV Defense SPF 50 They have advised that they currently do not have an estimated date for when this product is going to arrive with us, however they are due to have it back in stock on the 30th October. Since writing this, I have had a response and spoken to the company on the phone (my call). They do not offer to honour the discount code at the time. I wonder why they notified me it was back in stock. I imagine it was because they wanted me to complete the rest of the order in my basket. They let it go ahead before telling me again, it would not include the SPF.

It’s the first time I’ve used this company and had excellent service. The product I bought was on offer , I didn’t have to pay postage and it came the next day.

Got a great discount on the item and points towards my next purchase. Must commend customer service too. Very accessible and helpful. Especially in comparison with Look Fantastic who I’m having a nightmare with concerning a faulty product. Can’t imagine that happening with Face the Future who clearly recognise the importance of good customer service.
