Le bain était parfaitement emballé à sa livraison. Malgré l'aide de plusieurs amis, nous avons peiné pour le transporter jusqu'à son emplacement définitif. Ensuite, la mise en route s'est effectuée très rapidement, grâce aux conseils donnés au préalable. Nous avons pu le tester dès le lendemain. Depuis, nous en sommes totalement satisfaits.

We fell in love with wood fired hot tubs after experiencing one on a glamping weekend so we wanted one of our own. We did our research and Timberin had just what we wanted. Communication was great during the purchasing process. Also provided a swift turn around from ordering to delivery. Also Albert was great at offering advice while we set it up on our patio after delivery. I think we will be seeing a lot more of our family as they seem to enjoy the hot tub experience.

Absolutely stunning. Build quality is excellent: sturdy and lovely finish inside and out. The insulation is impressively effective- which filters out sound as well as keeping in the heat. All in all, this has exceeded all of my expectations, absolutely love it.

Dalj časa sem iskal vročo kad brez lesene obloge, da bi jo lahko vgradil v teraso. Na spletni strani podjetja TimberIN sem našel želeno. Komunikacija s podjetjem je potekala gladko, preverili so možnost dostave v Slovenijo in sledilo je naročilo. Plačilo polovice in ob izdelave še druge polovice se mi je zdelo fer. Dostava je potekala preko Zagreba v Kobarid in naprej v Bovec s slovenskim prevoznikom. Uspešno.

Ho avuto una coretta esperienza con TimberIn,la mia interlocutrice Asta era sempre disponibile e reattiva per ogni domanda e problema . Ho avuto un ritardo per la consegna che Asta ha seguito e risolto. Il coperclo era danneggiato a causa del trasporto ma mi hanno inviato un altro. Grazie

The sauna ordered is great and we are very pleased with it. Delivery was fast, communication extremely good. Slight downsides: we could not get delivered as built where we live in rural Ireland so builder/electrician, working on our house, built from pallet delivery. The English instructions aren't always clear, and some extra wood slatting/parts included confused as no explanation. In Ireland where it's very wet, consider using silicone sealant at edges for protection. Note on the cement board behind/beneath the burner we added tiles as looks a bit better. The instructions for assembly need to clearer, although all questions answered quickly. All in all, though, the sauna is well constructed and looks great on our property.
