Great from start to finish

They answered any questions I had quickly and promptly and overall very helpful. Just make sure to ask about CPC if you need it as this wasn't mentioned to me until I needed it so it was a bit of a sudden charge, but they did help me quickly and easily with fixing the matter :)

We were naive and obviously very stupid for booking with these con artists, we gave them about £2000 up front but were not told it was only valid for 1 year, the theory tests (3 parts) last for 2 years ! Yes it's in the small print BUT should have been pointed out from the beginning. After speaking to other HGV trainers they say they are well known in the business for taking your money then leave you with nothing. DO IT YOURSELF through the government website. Thankyou for your reply EASYASHGV, this was my son but I paid for it on credit card 30th April 2021 !!!! My son rang you earlier this year as he was having trouble passing 1 part of the 3 part theory test, he was just checking he was still on your system and registered with you, you confirmed he was and just to contact you again when he passed. This was 2 years after I'd paid !!! Why let us think we were still in contract ? You said emails had been sent to my son, none received, why didn't you ring him to find out if he was still on track ? N0 CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, a bunch of con artists !!!!

Many thanks to EasyAsHgv for efficiently getting me on the road to my future job. I can honestly say this was a fairly easy process and setup. It's not the cheapest, but you get all your dates and providers sorted out for you which make it easy for you to be able to concentrate on your driving. I would recommend using them particularly if you want everything sorted out for you and getting your tests in place quickly. My one proviso, read all the small print and make sure you understand what you are paying for. This isn't a downside, but you are paying for an efficient service and as such you are paying that little bit more, which for me, was worthwhile. Sign up and get yourself into the driving carreer you want!

Book the tests with this company for cat C and C+E and paid 3.5k. After two fails with cat C i wanted the refund for C+E as I understand the costs and the money for cat C go to my training. They will say anything just to get your money... To my surprise there is no refund from this company is 100% charge. Do not book with them, scum... You will go better with just normal school near you... To reply to a answer i will tell that you offered me 100 pounds of refund from 3.5k, you are scammers nothing less

Always on hand if you needed anything, helpful and polite. I took out the pass guarantee shame it can`t be refunded if you pass. would I recommend Easy as to any one wanting to get there commercial license , yes definitely.
