Keep well away! This company dragged their feet through the whole process, to the point they ran down the clock and then decided that they would picket my money and refused to book my son's test, I had also paid extra for a repeat test in case he failed the first one. My advice is to keep well away! In reply to The customer services, I would be happy to update this review should the company fulfil their obligations, so far their responses have been sub par.

Useful start to finish process with Easy As that once paid, was all inclusive within the price. Their chosen provider of the practical training was good and I passed first time. They do offer a recruitment service to get you into industry but this is not something I will be using for the time being so I am unable to comment on that department.

Stay well away I have booked my D1 license and paid all expenses when I booked my practice test with there subcontractor they give me date 3 weeks later 3 days before I had family emergency and wanted to change the date 1. I have been told that I can only change it 4 weeks before ( mind you I booked 3weeks before ) 2. or I need to pay over £1500 again to book new day 3. I have contacted the Subcontractor directly they informed me 3 day course its only £750 I have email them back and forward there response was same like automated machine I have given them plenty opportunity and time to do right but they are not interested if you want stress free application proses STAY WELL AWAY reply to your Reply its seems like you are avoiding the questions 1. How can i cancel 4 weeks in advance if you booked my test in 3 weeks in advance 2 How come if i go directly to your Subcontractor price is £750 but you are changing £1500 for re-book?

Did what they're advertising to do. If you want your HGV licence done, they will get you sorted quickly.

My Name is Charan Singh and I made my booking with easy as hgv on 07/07/23,there is no reference number on any of my emails but Wish I hadn't booked anything though easy as hgv.I took on pass protection and paid extra £499 but not at any stage it was mentioned to me that you only allow two attempts where ever its reversing or practical test after waiting over a month to rebook my test I was told I had to pay extra £599 to reset my test. When I mentioned I've already paid for my pass protection I was told its not going to cover you and you have to pay it again so basically what pass protection is you just paying for your extra test in advance. All calls are recorded I'm sure it's not hard to find out what I was told and what I thought I'm booking. If anyone interested doing HGV training please try your local training centre's first which wil save you alot of money which what I've should have done. I paid nearly £4,000 and now they are asking for another £599,I've done my research now and could have done it for between £2,700 to £3,000 Avoid

From the first phone call l felt safe and secure. Everything l needed to know was answered professionaly,and as for training course it too was brilliant and most rewarding to me as l passed.

I have gained my C1 through easy as HGV. They organise all my training and dates and tests with great communication. Recommend with ease and confidence that this company has to offer. I was trained by Sam who was absolutely brilliant, Down the earth and helped to make it all stress free.
