Reliable and really professional worth all the money I would refer anyone I know to use them for their professionalism.

Firstly it’s my fault should have done my research I booked a c1 course through easy as after paying the costly price you would think a guaranteed retake would be available at no where near £500 after I paid £1400 for the 3 day course. Also the medical does not come in with that price and I had to pay an extra cost for which I was shocked at and because my c1 provisional took so long to come through the revision course on there app expired of course they wanted more money for that, my instructor teaching me had no clue about the area I would do my test around just overall would not recommend this company very disappointing

The company name of "EasyAs" rings true with this business, from the first point of contact after enquiring about courses - Joe my designated Senior Advisor, helped me through any questions I had regarding training and studying for the theory tests and CPC module 4. He was always on hand if I had any problems and would regularly check in to see how I was getting on. After I had completed the theory stuff, I was passed through to the bookings team consisting of Mary and Debbie who had assisted me throughout booking the tests and then practical dates available. After each subsequent test I would receive an email/phone call asking how I got on. Once I passed all tests (first time thankfully!) the recruitment team did me a solid and totally revised my CV and sorted me a cover letter to use and apply jobs with. Michael was my recruitment advisor and was very clear with the updates he had made to my CV which I hadn't changed since I was 18! Would highly recommend these guys for anyone that wants not only a smooth and simple experience obtaining their HGV licence, but also they will be with you indefinitely with recruitment to ensure you can find suitable work throughout your HGV career which is invaluable as a new pass. Ok - if you’re rich don’t have a clue what you’re doing. I booked c1 and paid in 2 payments. First £750 was for paperwork *which you can order yourself FREE on the DVLA website) and send the forms away. Fair enough, they organised my medical, but I had to then use my own £55 to pay for that which I thought was ridiculous. I was given an app to download and use to study for my theory but wasn’t easy to understand. My first theory was booked, passed one half then had to pay £26 again out my own pocket to pass the second half which I did the second time round. So, £750 for bits of paper and 1 theory test. If I had passed the first time, it still wouldn’t of been worth my money. Second £750 was then paid, 3 lessons (4 hours a day) + test and they contacted a driving company for me which, I wish I had just done myself now as the instructor *the owner of the company* was half an hour late and was not the least bit professional whatsoever. I later found out that if I was to book it all myself going straight to a company firsthand, I would only if had to pay £700 including my test. Rip-off is an understatement. The only good thing to say about EasyasHGV was when I first phoned up to book, I was dealt with a lovely man named Sam (manager), who I later found out had left the business half way through my license. I have nothing to say about any other members of staff as everything was booked with Sam.

I have mostly been dealing with Becky and Eric of whom work for Easy As HGV. They have been very helpful throughout me entire experience, making sure I have everything I need in order to learn and progress in becoming a lorry drive. If the company if a reflection on these two employees, you would be in safe hands and I would definitely recommend this company.

EasyasHGV offered very clear advice and answered all questions. My first point of contact, Eric, was very helpful and gave me the time I needed to make a fully informed decision. They have training locations around the UK so were able to find me a school quickly after I passed my theory tests. While it is true that you may find it cheaper by shopping around, easyashgv can organise everything for you and they have a recruitment team to help you find that first position. Loving my journey so far with easyashgv completing my cat C+E the team are very helpful and polite and always there whenever you need anything. This is a complete career change for me so I was a bit nervous but the team explained everything I needed to know which gave me the confidence to go through with my decision which I really appreciate. They are also very,very easy to get hold of they never keep you waiting around which is a huge help.
