I previously wrote a review for this company for 5 stars this was after lots of phone calls from themselves asking me to leave a review while I was still studying for my theory tests. I did do the 4 day course which included the cpc at a cost of around £2500 and only got 3 days of training before the test when I was promised 4 days then the test (also only got 3-4 hours over the 3 days) So after I failed the main driving part I waited over 3 WEEKS for a new test date to be booked and was offered one but had to decline it due to me starting a new job. Since then I tried calling a few times but no one picked up the phone and everything was done via email. I have since cancelled everything with them and looked to find a different company to try and finish my truck tests.

A little while ago, I wrote a review of this company and gave it a high rating, this time I would like to qualify my prior comments with a word of warning to others. The service they provide is good, BUT!!! Since going through the process, I have found that the material provided and the service they provide is available at nearly half the price if done by the candidate themselves. This has cost me nearly £4,000 and if I had done the legwork myself it could have been completed for around £1,800. As a word of warning, they say that EVERYTHING you need is included, this is not the case. My medical was not included in the price, and now I find, having passed my test, the CPC is also not included, and it is not possible to get a driving job without the CPC. The CPC takes more time and costs another £500 approx. All I can say is that the service should be good considering all they are is a broker, and that they have no vehicles of their own, probably only have office overheads, and they make more money than the actual driving schools who have all the cost of running and maintaining the trucks. Anyone thinking of doing their HGV should call some driving schools and compare services and costs before paying this much. I wish I had known this before. One more thing, I was told that they 'have' driving schools all over the country and would find one local to me, in fact the place is over an hour away from me, and I know there are many schools much closer. The people are nice, responsive etc. but do your research....

I paid for my son to do his HGV with this company. They have just told us that there is a time limit for this course of 12 months, they never told us this before. This company have now said that we have to pay another 3k to do his final part which is the driving test etc. Although he still has 2 months left and has proof of this in an email that he received from them. The most suspicious part of this is that we my son rang them they didn't even know who they were talking to because they never asked, just told us we need to pay again. DO NOT TRUST this company. I have checked review sites for this company, there are multiple negative reviews ie: people complaining about trying to contact this company via email and telephone and not getting a response therefore not completing the course before the 12 month deadline and losing thousands of pounds that was paid to this company in good faith only to get ripped off. Of course there are some good reviews off the people that luckily got through, suppose the company have to put some people through to cover their tracks. I am not letting this go. I paid them £3894 to get my son this course and I am a pensioner. The review sites along with this site are reviews.co.uk and Reviewcentre.com

Always helpful, answered any questions I’ve had and were easy to get hold of. The revision material they supplied really helped me get through my test.

Not good place to start training with all fake you will loss your money then you will fined other traning school they collect your money and no one lock after you after
