I completed the 5-day on-line training for the CPC driver's card via a team's group format during Oct'22. EASY AS HGV, as it says on the tin. A light informal course, excellent presenter who covered all the required modules in an easy-to-understand structure allowing all participants the opportunity to get involved, ask questions & take part in the group sessions. All aspects of HGV key rules & regulations covered & explained in a way all members of the class could absorb & apply during practical sessions. One of the few courses I actually managed to enjoy during recent years, learn a great deal & walk away with the CPC! thanks Steve Bursill & EASY AS HGV

Great course and easy to navigate and logon to this 5 day online training. Able to ask the trainer any questions re HGV and his experience/knowledge was very helpful. Trainer was superb and made the course very worthwhile, will continue my annual CPC with this company.

Good and quick service!

Overall, I found the whole experience very good. Initial contact and making the bookings were easy and very efficient. The training itself was very well presented by Steve and Mel. They made it entertaining and informative. The only thing that has made me drop a couple of stars was the issue of my first day which fell on the 19th September. As we all know, it was an unexpected public holiday and the funeral of our Queen. Whilst I appreciate that not everyone was necessarily interested in watching the event, I was and I know that a large number of people did the same. In addition it caused child care issues for me and so I needed the day off. I assumed that as it was a one off and unprecedented event, that the training would be rescheduled. However, I was told that the training was to go ahead and that if I didn't attend I would forfeit the fee. I didn't attend and hence, I lost my money. I have since completed that training module with another company. In summary, a very good and well known company who I feel have let themselves down a little by operating, whilst most of the country had shut down for the day.
