I had 2 positive experience with the company! First was in February of this year, class 2and second just in October, class 1. So from what I experienced I want to share with everybody. First I want to say contacting the company was easy and fast. There was no call or email unanswered, the problem or questions solved immediately or get back to you in just couple of hours, same day. Customer service I want to say brilliant and I thank Mary and Becky for there help and hard work. Second, they have the best instructors in my opinion, not only professional but experienced and it makes a lot of difference dealing with teaching others to drive HGV’s. Here I want to thanks John Morris and Vincent for that. I’m currently going through the process of becoming a HGV driver. I researched lots of different companies, and have to say, Easy As HGV definitely felt like the best choice based on their track record and how fab they are as people. They are progressing me along nicely and majorly helpful whenever I have any questions. I’ve been dealing with Eric mostly, but also chat to James and literally just came off the phone with a really lovely lady (Nikki) that has just booked in my Theory, Hazard Perception and talked to me about when to do my CPC. They are all a really cool team at EasyAsHGV that kinda feel like supportive friends now too. I 100% feel like I made the right choice in choosing them, and know I’m in good hands.
