Everyone was helpful from the start to the end. Shout out to Ben Stock who was the first person I spoke to and he got my trust in second! Communication is on the top level and that's one of the most important key to the success. All instructions, steps and helpful information are great and easy so passing your test its really easy after. Thank you guys!

TLDR: I passed, but very unprofessional. Unkept assurances. Disorganised. Hidden expenses and costly. Cannot recommend. £2990 was the initial price. Then came the pass protection £400. Then came the CPC £500. Was promised That Was It. But, later on found out I had to pay £100 for CPC protection and £50 for medical not including fuel expenses along the way. Was promised employment after. Nope. Was promised I’d be in contact with the same person throughout the whole process. Nope. Never heard back from him after trying to contact him. The 6 day paid training only covered 4 days, apparently. My instructor often fell asleep. Arrived at 8am for training and had to wait 2 hours for them to show up. Bear in mind I had no contact information and only one email admin who could help me. 2 stars is for the pass (somehow) and the lovely admin woman Charlotte who managed to sort out my training for me and contact other people. Honestly thank God for her otherwise I was completely lost. Cannot recommend, find a cheaper, more reliable company.

Contacting easy as Hgv and getting on board was the best decision I made, their process from start to finish was first class. They kept in regular contact to keep up with my progression. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you to all at easy as Hgv

OK to start with to get my money. I was promised a FULL refund if I failed the medical. Unfortunately I failed the medical and after long, tedious communication with a very uncooperative customer care department I was forced to accept a reimbursement of the amount paid - £200. However, since writing this review I have now been reimbursed in full.

Don’t go with them at any cost. Doesn’t matter how much you pay them, they never do any refund. They are scammers…

I would recommend anyone, to Easy as HGV. If I was to rate the company out of 100. it would be 100% no doubt about. Staff extremely friendly polite especially Charlotte Percy, Training Operations Assistant, I had a Bereavement in the family Charlotte supported me throughout, very professional understanding, the only problem is Aldershot, is to far to go in person and say thank you to staff. If I required Training ever again I would, request my work coach to contact the company again and again no doubt, just Brill 100% Wayne from Birmingham Thank You Charlotte much appreciated

Paid deposit, was told everything was included. Then had to pay medical, eyesight examinations, Then told there’s extra to pay, but these are not disclosed, as it scares people off, there own words, I’ve asked for a refund as it felt like a scam. No replys, nor refund. £300 deposit gone for nothing Cheapest is not always the best as I found out!
