Really easy process from start to finish. I had to change a date and that was made very easy without a fuss. Amber has been great all round and offered lots of support. I’m so glad to have used easy as HGV to get my driver CPC.

Pushy to pay all the money upfront then once they’ve got your money they don’t want to know, every time I rang up I had someone different handling my course as they must have a high turnover of staff, once paid they don’t want to know or help, don’t waste your money with this company

Really good course, tutor Steve was brilliant, I would definitely recommend to anyone,who wants to refresh their CPC knowledge to use Easy As HGV.

The only thing that let you down was I didn't get the link to start the course until the course was starting. That left me late on the first day.

For me the whole process wasn’t the best, when I booked the course I spoke to one person who informed me he’ll be with me through the whole process and if I need anything to contact him. Couple occasions I tried but had no luck. Was soon passed onto others when things started to move. I would use another company to book your training if honest but you live and learn.

I approached this company and paid £200. However, before 14 days, I requested a cancellation and a refund. Contrary to their terms, they refused to return the money. Do not trust this company.
