Just passed my C1 first time. The whole process was quick and the training was to a very high standard. Customer service was spot on too. Looking forward to starting my career as a paramedic.

Banging Service The second I’d booked onto a course I had my medical booked and had the theory revision sent through to me. The whole process went smoothly, I’m very satisfied with everything Easy As HGV did for me. I put a lot of trust into these guys and it’s safe to say they delivered.

Avoid at all costs. Signed up for the full deal back in August last year, got told at the time of purchasing it would take 3 months from start to finish, hence why I went with these in the first place. I even bought pass protection as it gave you priority for a retest. Fast forward to Feb 2022 and I finally got my test date. Unfortunately I failed it, and upto now they haven't managed to get me a retest even though I forked out an extra £400 for pass protect. I've also paid for my c+e which was a mistake as now with the poor service and them unable to book anything. I've asked for a refund as they can't meet their end of the deal, to be told they have a 90% cancellation fee and the pass protect is non refundable after 14 days, how was I meant to know 10 months ago that they'd be unable to rebook me a test? Absolute scam of a company, all in all I spent over £3k and I'm being offered a refund of £110, granted I didnt expect a class c refund as I used that, Obviously taken on more than they can handle and promise the world but can't deliver. Anyone reading this just do the opposite of me as I seem to be a magnet for big company's ripping me off, owed thousands in refunds from Easyashgv, safestyle UK and Travelup. Could honestly just give up at this rate. I can assure you I've not reviewed the wrong company, deny deny deny I guess has worked for you so far

I will give 5 stars for service 5 stars for quality 5 stars for contact 4 stars for speed. Overall very good. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The support was excellent throughout and I always had someone to turn too. I had step by step guides and instructions to follow but I had support from Joe throughout. Whatever I needed he would always email me back or call me as soon as I messaged him. Once I passed the theory there was some wait and less communication. But needless to say I passed everything first time. And I can finally get out of working in the chippy and get on the road! All that’ to easy as HGV and the team!
