Excellent service!!

I ordered a range of lining products for a wet room we are having installed. Our fitter told us we were short of two boards in order to finish. Our local stockist in Bath said it would take a week. We called Park Street and I spoke with Becky who was brilliant I explained the situation and that we didnt need the sealing kit that it comes with just the boards. She understood the urgency called their supplier and arranged for the boards to be shipped direct to us and saved us £45+ on the sealing kit we didn't need. I was told it could take up to three days, in relaity the board arrived the next day at 11:30am less that 24 hours after i called Becky. Great communications throughout. Jim

Great price and selection but delivery cost £30 for the four items I ordered. Three items were delivered on three separate days and the final item I had to chase up as it had been missed off, it eventually arrived 2 weeks after placing the order. Luckily I was working to my usual extremely relaxed DIY timescales but not good if I had a plumber waiting!

Great price but completely unreliable delivery times. The website says 3-5 days but it’s never the case. So it’s just misleading the customers on the website. You always end up wasting time in following up with support and it still takes ages to get an exact delivery time. Use them only if you have a lot of time and happy to book the plumber only once you have got all the items.

We ordered several items from Park Street Bathrooms - a basin, vanity unit & shower tray. One of the items needed to be ordered from Duravit, and everything was made very easy and clear by Park Street Bathrooms - Kate was incredibly helpful. and the company is always very responsive to any emails/calls. Prices were great, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them on a future bathroom proj - totally recommended. Thanks again

Unfortunately, my experience dealing with Park Street Bathrooms has been one of frustration. I'm still waiting for a full refund for a faulty towel rail reported before Christmas. Part of the problem is that they shifted responsibility to the manufacturer whereas the law states that the warranty lies with the seller. Park Street forced me to purchase another towel radiator pending a lengthy inspection by the manufacturer. If you require a no quibble warranty, you might want to bear this in mind. Over 40 emails sent and I'm still waiting, good job I'm patient. P.S. funny how I get a response to a bad review within two hours whereas when I first reported a problem I was ignored for a week, this isn't unusual with Park Street. ALSO. this has NOT been resolved as I am still waiting for part of my refund, so perhaps you could point your resources to sorting this out rather than answering reviews.

Item delivered as per order. Prompt service and delivery. Would have earned extra star if correct delivery charge quoted for small item. That was quickly fixed and refunded after short call.

I bought a bathtub and collected it yesterday. When I went to install it the bath waste and overflow were missing. I must say that I am truly disappointed, especially considering how much the bathtub cost. It should be specified on the website that these parts are not included but it wasn't. I had the plumber attending the flat today to install the bathtub and when he opened the box these parts were missing and he could not finish (not even start) his work. So he needs to come back tomorrow and he's charging me twice.

Helpful service and hard to find product delivered on time and as expected.
