Package arrived exactly as described within three days. Fitted immediately and worked perfectly. This item was one of the best prices available online and £100 cheaper than available locally. Hard to better really.

I was happy that Park Street Bathrooms was able to supply a HansGrohe shower head relatively quicker than other suppliers. However the process of purchasing, indicating delivery or collection and receiving information when needed, was in my opinion a bit more challenging and doubtful than necessary. The online platform buying processes need a fair bit of work to allow for a smooth experience and the information on things like 'your order is manually processed' need to be brought to the attention earlier, i.e. prominently placed right underneath the pricing? It shouldn't be the case that after processing payment a client does not receive an email confirmation of the payment at the very least. All this lead to 3 customer tickets being generated, plus 2 calls regarding order confirmation, availability, collection and the actual location of the item after finding out the office/showroom was closed and I had to request the invoice Pdf even after collecting the order. I would say the team members were really helpful after each contact was initiated and the questions were understood.
