Ordered a new toilet seat, I was informed that there was delay from the manufacturer but the order would be fulfilled as soon as possible. Alternatives were offered and the seat arrived well packed and only two days late. Very professional service

I contacted customer service for an update of my order which was placed on 19th October and as of 28th October and I was not happy. The feedback received was that it had not arrived due to a delay from the supplier Duvavit. I spoke to Ben Spicer who chased this up and pulled out all the stops to ensure that my delivery arrived today. Good communication to keep me updated. Well done Ben..!! my plumber is now happy and can get on with the bathroom project.
