Great service - the gentlemen I spoke to in the showroom were super helpful. I needed a Crosswater shower enclosure at short notice and they went out of their way to be helpful and check with Crosswater and their delivery company on timings. The enclosure arrived a day later than originally anticipated but still within the timeframe required. All in all very happy.

Ordered a bath backrest. Arrived well packaged via DPD which is handy as I had to change plans on delivery day and was able to quickly rearrange it online. The rest itself is lovely and as described.
