Very easy to order, prompt delivery and excellent communication.

Called up before ordering a tap as I was in the middle of a project and needed it swiftly. A polite lady answered my phone call. I asked when would I get this tap as the previous company I had ordered from had given me a delivery date of 12/08. She rang the supplier and told me they had it in stock and that I would get it by midweek the following week. I was happy with that and made the order. Come Wednesday I received an email that my estimated date was next day. I did not receive it and thought that probably it would arrive on Friday. Come midday Friday it still had not arrived so I rang to find out what's going on. I got told that I will be receiving it on Monday. I explained the whole situation to this lady and she made a vague explanation that all deliveries are estimates. I replied that I had not been told that prior to ordering. I asked if there was any way I could get it on Saturday to which she replied I could but would have to pay extra. I said that given the circumstances I think it should be waived but she was adamant. Anyway, I would not order from them again if I was working again on a tight time schedule. Poor service.

Straight forward from buying to delivery! Perfect! I had to contact customer service regarding the late coming invoice (maybe it was my mail box🤔) but accounts were very quick at sending it to a different mail address! I do recommend Park street Bathrooms and will not hesitate to use them again!

The items bought were among the least expensive available from all outlets. Once I had purchased Park St. kept me fully advised of progress right up to delivery.

My soap dispenser made by Burlington has the pump action slightly askew which for the price slightly disappointing as I have other dispensers made by them which are perfectly vertical. However Park Street Bathrooms are not to blame for a poorly engineered pump dispenser. Not bad enough to make a song and dance about it but Burlington could do better. The dispenser finally failed to work as would not return to allow it to dispense more soap however was replaced under warranty with no quibble.

Tap arrived on time. We made a mistake and didn’t order a tap for a low flow system. Lady who answered phone was so helpful and even telephoned the manufacturer for us. We returned the tap and have got a refund. Would definitely recommend.
