I dealt with a number of staff for our bathroom. In the end we ordered a few parts from you which started out as entire bathroom. Initially, my query was handled great (chap with bad back, apologies for forgetting names). It then went downhill, I’m afraid. I called in and was seen by a chap who passed my info onto Ben. I received a follow up but hadn’t received my promised quote. Ben then later forwarded but instead of an electronic quote I received a quote taken by photo which not only looked unprofessional but I couldn’t read. My next x3 calls in and messages were not replied too. However, there was one very helpful lady that did follow up and send an email to confirm Becky would get back to me. She didn’t and I called in again. You guys have the full service to offer with competitive prices, however, for an order required with short notice, you didn’t follow up or reply to my queries, resulting in my bulk order going elsewhere. It wasn’t even down to price as your £5.2k bathroom grew into a £20k bathroom with Chadder. My honest feedback would be to improve on your follow up service.

After buying one or two incorrect items was advised by Kate of correct item to buy - after ordering on line item was delivered quickly and efficiently- very helpful service all round.

Ordered on basis in stock but then received email saying 3 week delay for a toilet seat. I therefore questioned the email which was an error and toilet seat was delivered within a week Friendly and helpful service and the error quickly rectified
