I have the orange 4 pram set up and I’m so happy I chose this one! It’s so nimble and light. You don’t have to take the adaptors off to collapse the pram down. It’s super easy to collapse down and put up. The basket is such a great size so you can fit lots in. It just feels really easy and convenient.

Great customer service by Andrie after the front wheel on my double Orange 3 broke in half, leaving us in panic without a pushchair for our 2 under 2 that we completely rely on to get the kids out of the house. She found me the part I needed and got it to me within 2 working days, and made my day... Crisis adverted.

Got the peach 7 for my daughter, within 3 months of use the frame is buckled and leaning to one side, it also bounces when she’s in it, emailed customer services to be told it needed to be inspected and repaired and this would take up to 10 days without shipping days added on. I would be without a pram for 2 weeks, I have explained to Icandy my pram is my only mode of transport and asked if they are able to offer a temporary replacement yet they said no. Very disappointed for a big company like Icandy you would think as a pram company they would have a temporary solution, bearing in mind my pram is still well under warranty! Very disappointing

UPDATE: Kerry Ann from icandy was very helpful and has sorted the my issue quickly. I had to pay for new wheels as the issue was felt to not be with the manufacturer but due to the inconvenience of having to go through multiple different people to find a resolution she kindly agreed to wave the £35 delivery fee. If this was the only interaction I had and my issue was resolved I would have 100% recommended the pram, it’s a lovely pram and we’ve used it every day!

I bought the iCandy Orange v3 as it had a high weight limit of 25kg and the option of being used as a double for a toddler and a baby so I mistakenly thought that it would be a really long lasting purchase and definitely get my moneys worth out of it. Well, the jokes on me as my 18month old son who weighs only 14kg has already outgrown it - the backrest is definitely not long enough to warrant such a generous weight limit or suitable for long torsos. Very disappointed with my purchase as it also means I will never be able to use it as a double and now need to purchase something else for my toddler.

I would not recommend the icandy peach 7. I bought the bundle for our baby and she is now 14 months and the pram has had to be fixed/ returned 3 times. First time, the break stuck on. Second time, the internal handle cable snapped so we could not adjust the height of the handle. Third time, the suspension broke and the whole back axel and wheels fell off. I was hoping to use this if we were to have another baby but I do not feel it is safe and reliable enough for a newborn baby. Do not waste your money
