Initially, I would have given my Peach 7, 5 stars - it looks great and is super stylish, but after using for a few months with my 1st baby, I am disappointed with the build quality of the puschair and even more disappointed with iCandy's non existent customer service and aftercare. I emailed to advise of a problem I have with the carrycot and it tilting more than I think it should when in the lie flat position (honestly, it's like my baby's blood is rushing to her head when she's supposed to be lyng flat in the carrycot. The demo models in the shops do not have this tilting issue (they arent used enough and in the way they are intended to be). I even went to a baby show and explained and showed the issue to an iCandy rep who advised I contact customer service; which i did...only to be told this this is "normal" In fact, I was told: " Typically, when the baby is in the carrycot and visible with the apron in place, they are positioned at the top end of the carrycot. This intentional design allows the head to be slightly higher than the feet and is not a defect.” My baby's feet look as if they are on the verge of being higher than her head when in the lie flat postion the the carrycotcot is tilting backwards. Considering iCandy provide a 5 year manufacturer's warranty for their products, you would think they would offer to check a customer's issue out, instead of spouting a load of EU regulations that their products meet (DO NOT, in my case). Really consider use over time and aftercare when parting with your hard-earned money, when purchasing an iCandy peach 7 (they're not cheap!) , as so far, mines hasn't stood the test of time and my baby is only months old!!!

I rang for advice what attachment was required to make a double buggy. It took 3 attempts and paid for postage 3 times to get all of the correct parts for my all terrain pram

It is over a week since I placed my order and is still has not been dispatched. I have asked for an update multiple times, they said it would be sent on Thursday but it's Friday, 8 days after I placed the order, and still no update. As this is a gift for a newborn I need it to arrive fast -- I would not recommend this supplier if you're looking for normal shipping times. I've asked for it to be upgraded to express shipping and sent today but I doubt I'll get that. Shop elsewhere.
