Icandy peach 7 dark grey, beautiful looking pram! But terrible quality. I get compliments on this pram ALL the time but the quality isn't there. The chassis and handle in particular is very lose and has a lot of movement so it rattles. It honestly feels broken, it scratches ridiculously easy. It's only 3 months old and is covered, the handle is so long that when you fold the chassis the handle drags on the floor even on the lowest point. The break sticks constantly even after being cleaned. The fabric isn't machine washable so I have a mark on my cosey toes on the carrycot that I can't get out without leaving water marks. The seat has a headrest that cannot be removed which is annoying, I can't seem to see where to remove the shoulder straps either which again is annoying as my little girl is petit so when it comes to switching over these are going to be uncomfortable for her and also makes adjusting the straps much harder. It comes with a 'key' to convert into a seat...yet I don't have one so no idea how I will even convert it yet. Hit and miss weather icandy even respond, they've ignored so so many of my messages online and emails...then when they do answer its "sorry this isn't covered under warranty" like the pram looks worn and old and it's been used 12 weeks for a school run. I wouldn't recommend it as even though it's beautiful to look at, that's about it. And icandy have no loyalties even with the money spent.

Thoroughly off put and disappointed with this company. We have tried to order an additional biscotti hood fabric for our peach 7 since April and have been repeatedly fobbed off with clearly incorrect statements that the fabric shipment is due the next week. It is now June and with a baby due imminently we still have no fabric. We are now told the next shipment is due in July. Needless to say that we are not convinced and now my baby will be without a hood fabric on the bassinet. Why on earth they cannot send out one from their converter kit given their months of excuses and poor customer service is beyond me. We were promised a call from customer service today to discuss, needless to say this has not materialised and this is not the first time either. Rather they feel it is appropriate to stress a heavily pregnant woman out. Customer service needs to be at the forefront of a company that has this rate of turnover. For a £40 item you have managed to dissuade me from ever purchasing any of your products again and I will certainly be making this clear to other parent friends.

I needed to replace the hood on my pushchair you have a spare parts category so I was able to get what I wanted, I placed the order and within 2 days it had arrived and now the pushchair is once again usable

I wasn’t happy with the delivery options to my area. £4.95 for normal delivery but when I put my address in 30 miles further on main roads & dual carriageways available between the two it cost me £25 to have it delivered? No other company I have ever ordered from has classes my town as Scottish highlands only 30 miles from a major city..

This is a really good British company that I would recommend to everyone, I needed a spare liner for the Peach puschchair so needed help to get the right item, customer service was extremely helpful and they knew exactly which version I needed and explained everything in detail to me, the product came within 2 days(amazing service) and was really good quality, well done icandy.

The order was delivered in great time - about 4 days after given there was a bank holiday! The entire bundle is easy to assemble and just functional art imo. It’s a beautiful set that accommodates our newborn baby as well as our 4 year old with the ride on board. Also, the extension-connectors to our maxi cosi car seat was just the cherry on top! Highly recommend!!
