I ordered a new rain cover which I didn't think I'd get as it comes as a set with the pram. I unfortunately lost the rain cover but thankfully you where able to sell me 1. Thankyou

Over a week since I placed my order, and it hasn’t even been dispatched. I contacted customer services and they said tracking wouldn’t update until it’s been attempted to deliver but that’s not entirely true because the tracking clearly shows it’s not even entered or been scanned into the Royal Mail system. So at a loss at what to do to be honest. Shouldn’t take this long to post a rain cover.

Icandy itself was fast to process the order but not happy with the delivery all my boxes were broken and damaged massive holes thankfully the push chair is ok

I ordered 4 different accessories for my pram totaling just under £400. I only received one of the items and haven’t heard anything back from any customer service members, then I get asked to review my experience and that my order is delivered. Shocking lack of customer service

icandy was the brand of choice of my wife and we went to a showroom to try out the peach 7 travel system. We liked it and ordered one on the day. When we collected and assembled the unit it could quickly be seen that the build quality wasn't the same as the one shown. The car seat handle was made from a different material and was quite flimsy without about 3-4cm of play in the locking mechanism. The handle would also hit the canopy cover during use indicating poor quality control. The whole frame rattles when pushing it around and the handles were quite loose and noisy. The folding mechanism is also quite temperamental and requires moving it at just the right angle/force to get it to fold. The carry cot wobbles in 4 directions and does not seem sturdy when using it outdoors. I said about these quality issues to the store purchased from including videos of the pram and they told me that this was 'normal' and the wobbly frame is how it's meant to be. I then used their demonstrator model in store and their version doesn't do this. I asked if it could be returned but they advised that policy is that if the system has been fully assembled and used more than once it is not eligible for a refund. I asked if they could repair it so that these issues could be fixed and was then told to contact the manufacturer directly. Icandy customer service told me to go back to the retailer, but they refused any assistance. So I am now left with an overpriced ornament. It looks like they pulled a 'bait and switch' where the product received is not the one advertised. Would recommend going for another brand.

You have sent me the wrong rain cover so I now have to return it and try and get the right one. Also I paid for express delivery which it wasn't.

The person we spoke to the phone was extremely helpful and took our order. Unfortunately the item we ordered (a spare for am ICandy3) was no longer available and the order had to be cancelled
