Purchased 3 Yankee Candle small jars for £13.99, had despatch notice with tracking number that evening. Fantastic. Then 4 days later, received a cancellation message and a refund! Apparently they'd 'over sold' my item. They're now showing as out of stock but for £15.07? Odd. Shan't buy from them again as there are plenty of honest sellers to purchase from at the original advertised (and paid for) price. Their loss and won't be the last customer they lose if that's how they run their business.

I ordered an item that was on offer, but to make up the postage cost I ordered other products. But when it arrived the product I really wanted was not there. I contacted them and a long story short I said I want to send it all back and get a full refund, they agreed. I sent it back nearly a month ago now, and emailed them a few times of which they will not reply or have not as yet. Very bad customer service if any at all ignoring my emails.
