1st order received 2nd order I payed by paypal the payment never processedas paypal were experiencing issues.Sent them numerous emails no response I wont be ordering again.

Great prices, however it is such hard work trying to contact them to resolve any issues. I ordered 11cleaning products from them 9th Feb the delivery was rescheduled by UPS as damaged products which they emailed me to say they had to dispose of them due to being chemicals and they had contacted the seller. When the package arrived it had been reboxed and the products bagged up. 2 items were missing the rest were covered in whatever had leaked. I have emailed the company numerous times and still no replacement or refund has been received for the missing products. I have sent all the relevant information to them along with photos and they are asking me for proof of what I ordered, as they couldn't see one product on my order I told them to look on their sales invoice, again I hadn't had a copy so they had to email me it. Disappointing and frustrating to say the least, I certainly won't consider using them again. Even now they claim they have refunded after another follow-up email from me, still no refund has been received as of 3rd March

Second time using them , great customer service, first experience I had a problem but they resolved this straight away , I love that I can get products from them that are usually quite hard to find , highly recommended

Should have been delivered by 3rd February.still not received . Showing it’s closed . But they didn’t informed me anything . I contacted them several time but their customer service is very very poor . Totally disappointed .

The product arrived well packed and I received the parcel at the time I had been quoted. I was pleased to have found this particular fragarance of zoflora disinfectant ,cucumber and mint, on line as I've started having trouble finding it in any of my local shops.

I ordered Airpure Air Fresheners. They were not packaged very well, I had 2 cardboard boxes joined by the tops and some parcel tape around the flaps and filling material. I noticed that 6 of the air fresheners were packaged loose. As I started to use the loose air fresheners, it became evident that they were faulty. It has taken a couple of weeks to provide evidence of the fault and for a refund to be processed. This company were the cheapest I could find for product, however, it does make you wonder if it is worth paying a few quid more to get better packaged items, as then you don't have to waste time complaining and waiting for a refund.

I was a bit sceptical after reading some of the negative reviews. I’d already placed an order !! No complaints whatsoever. Free delivery for orders over £29.99. Different products bought from a single “shop” at great prices. Well packed. I would definitely use them again but only in bulk to get the free delivery.
