Very unprofessional. They informed me that the package would arrive today, but they won't give me any tracking number and even if I called them many times to find out what is going on with my order they keep saying that they can't help me. They gave me another number to find out what was happening, and the different number told me to call them again because they couldn't help me. I called back nettoshop and the customer service was very indifferent telling me that there was no tracking number and they also couldn't help me because they didn't know maybe he could write them and if they answered then he could let me know. So basically he was wasting my time making me call someone who couldn't help me and in the end, he didn't care. At the end of the day, I waited all day and they just informed me that my package would arrive on 5 of July (3 weeks almost after). Don't waste your money on this business. They don't respect you, your time, and your money.

Ich habe eine Bestellung bei nettoshop aufgegeben. Nach einer Woche habe ich nachgefragt, worauf mir gesagt wurde, dass es i.d.R. acht Tage gehen kann. Das Produkt wurde aber vom Shop genommen. Trotzdem ging es noch eine weitere Woche und eine weitere Anfrage, bis man herausfand, dass das Produkt überhaupt nicht mehr geliefert werden kann. Das nervt!
