Mit Nettoshop war alles super! Mit der Lieferung hat es leider nicht geklappt. Super Kundenservice und Support. Schlussendlich war es wegen DPD eine unbefriedigende Erfahrung.

Meine Lieferung kam schneller an als im Internetshop versprochen. Hat alles tipptopp geklappt. Ich werde wieder bei nettoshop kaufen.

Die neue Kaffeemaschine war von Anfang an defekt. Kein einziger Kaffee ! Bei der sofortiger Rückfrage bei Nettoshop (am Tag nach der Lieferung) hiess es lapidarisch es geht sie nichts an. Ich soll mich in Oberarth melden. Seit dem fühlt sich niemand zuständig füer meine nicht funktionierende KOENIG Finessa Kaffeemaschine. Fazit: Niemals KOENIG und auch kein Nettoshop.

Hello. We bought a Samsung food center from Nettoshop and the product was delivered damaged (with 2 dents) which are visible. This was a transportation damage. When we contact netto shop , they did not agree to replace the product and said that damage should be reported within 5 days. We could not open the product and check for defects within 5 days because we had a family emergency and we were not in town for 3 weeks. My father passed away. Still Netto shop did not do anything and showed us the policy of 5 days. Most importantly, we ordered other appliances from miele, vzug directly but there are no defects in any of these appliances. Only 1 food center we chose to order from Netto shop and that came with transport defects. We do not know whether it was transport defect or product with defects was delivered to us. Do not trust them with your appliances. My order number is 4006017558. This was ordered by my husband, so you would see his name on the order. Ho acquistato online un forno microonde con griglia con la potenza 1050 watt, a prezzo 102 franchi pagato con la carta di credito mi mandano lo stesso modello e tipo di forno microonde con la griglia ma con potenza 700 watt , ma il prezzo di questo forno è 79 franchi, chi non si accorge che la potenza lo fregano , avevo reclamato, ma sto aspettando ancora la soluzione! Se non avrò la risposta al più presto, svolgerò la denuncia!
