Easy to order samples

Easy to order samples, fabulous selection and arrived promptly. Needed these samples because the room that needs papering is long and not a lot of natural light. The samples looked quite different taped to the wall - a real decision breaker!

I ordered 3 rolls of wallpaper

I ordered 3 rolls of wallpaper. The delivery company Evri emailed to say it was too big and needed special delivery!!! I have rung world of wallpaper 3 times, they will look into it but still waiting for an answer. Have emailed them twice, no reply. Meanwhile I'm still waiting for 3 rolls of wallpaper after 15 days. Terrible service.

Zero Customer Service

I placed an order for a mural on 7th July and have yet to receive it. It would appear that World of Wallpaper have given the delivery company the wrong details. I have rung the company’s customer service number multiple times but you just get an automated message telling you to email them. I have done that too but zero response. This is the second time I have used this company and it was a bad experience last time. I should have learned the lesson last time and not gone near them again. As with last time, I have incurred cost with a decorator I have now had to let go. Absolutely zero customer service from this company. A disgrace that they can’t get the basics right but even worse that they have no phone lines and ignore emails. Next step small claims court I guess in order to get my money back. Never again.
