Simply perfect. We got everything in time, they gave the results to my girlfriend on the designated date and, when I found myself without results because well, mistakes happen, they answered me in a matter of hours and solved it. I would totally recommend. Also their prices are okay at the moment of this review (compared to others who rob you)!

This company has a contact number so you can speak to someone for help. I was very pleased with the service and Jennifer was very helpful. She told me she would return my call within 10minutes and yes she did ! Very polite and helpful customer service.

Test kit never arrived. Refunded and told me to re-order but would be outside the test period window. Will use Randox in future as had no issues with them.

Couriers left parcel on my footpath - not in my porch as they claimed (I don’t have one). Unsurprisingly it got nicked. Tests4you responded quickly, issued a refund and sent out replacement tests. All companies (or their agents) make errors, how they respond to them is what is telling.

A fair price with specific instructions which help remove any ambiguity. Overall a very good service
