Flo Logic personnel are always available and helpful when there is a problem with valve. Although there are not very many problems with valve. Customer service is superb.

Great system

Great system. Never had a problem in the many years that it was installed.. Made me aware when water was running. Flologic should petition more insurance companies to give a discount. I am a broker and very few of my carriers offer the discount. I also feel that the cost has increased significantly. However, it is still a great system.

Peace of mind

I love this product. We have had one for years. It has saved us from a number of leaks as we have been plagued with pinhole leaks in our copper pipe. I had no idea where the next leak would happen, so water detectors would have been worthless. This was the perfect solution. I had gotten to the point that I was constantly worried about leaks while we were out of town. Flologic has given me peace of mind. Their customer service is great. The system has functioned flawlessly for years. We had to replace the pinwheel once but other than that, no problems.

Anytime I leave the house for a …

Anytime I leave the house for a vacation or weekend, I just hit the button on the controller to turn the water off. It gives me comfort. I've had some problems when I was away for 3 weeks and the power was off in my home and the back-up battery died. When I got home, the water would not come on. I got the booklet, looked up how to turn the water on manually, and within 10 minutes had water. I've had the system for about 16 years. I have told may friends about it. One had a dishwasher that ruined a wood floor. Now they have it. The only problem I've had that in the last year, the controller is wearing out, meaning it is hard to see what is on the digital display. And the replacement is pretty expensive. But, after 16 years, what do you expect. Also, I got a discount on my home insurance for having the unit installed, which btw I did myself. It was easy if you can handle a little bit of plastic plumbing connected to brass. Took about and hour. I know I've said a couple of negative's but overall, the unit gives you peach of mind. Larry

This is one of the best investments we …

This is one of the best investments we have made when it comes to protecting our home from flood damage. We've had to replace the motor control board once, but the customer service was fast and efficient. Overall, i would recommend this product. I would love to upgrade to the latest version of the system, but can't justify the expense since the current one is working fine.

We have two Flologic's installed in our two houses and we are glad we did as a leak developed in our house down south and shut the system off before any damage was done to our house. We highly recommend this product.

Doesn't like my power washer!

Only issue is that Flologic thinks there's a leak when I use my power washer.
