Great Support
Although the situation that brought me to Flologic was a costly and disruptive pipe break in my home while we were out of town, I've slept much more securely after installing their system based on the recommendation from Chubb Insurance. I've had few technical issues over the years but when one occurred their tech support team was always patient and thorough in helping us diagnose the issue and get it resolved. During my career as a senior Disney executive our call center and help desk were a part of my responsibilities and they were committed to the concept of "magic restored" when they encountered situations that were inconsistent with our brand promise. The folks at Flologic not only make a great product but they stand behind it as well with people you can talk to, who help you fix the issue and don't make you feel stupid.
Cannot Disable System. Received Message ("CHECK PS") which I have not previously seen displayed and is not mentioned in the User Manual
I have called the given number (877-356-5644) for technical support. The prerecorded voice suggests different numbers for general mailbox, directory, sales, info, tech assistance press 3 etc. Every button I pressed yielded a computer voice announcing that what had pressed was "invalid input." Very disappointing. Since 2007, I have had a FLoLogic system which was functioning perfectly (with battery changes from time to time) until Monday, January 15, 2024. I tried to disable the system-never had a problem previoulsy--but kept receiving a message "CHECK PS" and was unable to connect with the codes to activate the Disable reading. I reviewed the User Manual and see no reference to a message that look even close to "Check PS." What do I do? . UPDATED REVIEW on Jan 17, ‘24. I received a telephone call from Flo Logic to inquire whether they could help with the problem discussed in the above review. I am so impressed that the company, whose product I have happily used since 2007, responded so promptly. The company representative provided an answer to the “I can’t disable the system” issue and convinced me that the communications problem I experienced was with a one-off error with the system. So while my one-star rating for the experience I had with the faulty customer service number is there, if I were asked to rate the product or the response to my complaint of 1/16 I would rate FloLogic a 5 star plus+ Accidents happen; what counts is how a company responds. Flo Logic apologized for the communications error (or, misunderstanding, if you will) and explained the message I received that led to my review. That is what’s important, given an imperfect world. For the cynics out there, I have not received any compensation, gift or anything of value in exchange for writing this updated review.

Without doubt one of the best Customer…
Without doubt one of the best Customer Service experiences I have had in many years. Firstly, the system has saved us from several water leaks since the installation 5 years ago. The system is super easy to operate once installed. We recently had some Con Ed electrical issues which impacted the house. The Customer Service were super helpful and talked my son thro the whole process to resolve the issue. Same level of service with several other follow up calls. Thank you!

homeowners' insurance requiring a leak-detector / water-shut-off system so called their approved choices ... ONLY ONE was helpful and patient -- FloLogic ... besides being ONLY ONE not requiring wi-fi connection ( something 90-yr-old Mother does not need ) tho does have a communication panel that can be placed near alarm system so she can safely monitor !!! each person -- Thomas, Brenden, Ian -- who answered the phone was EXTREMELY helpful ... something that is quite rare these days in customer service !!! looking forward to getting the system !!!!!
Proactive Peace of Mind and Terrific App
As a homeowner, I installed a Flologic during a major house renovation and couldn't be more pleased. After almost having a flood disaster at our prior home, I knew that I wanted something that would proactively prevent any leaks or floods, especially when not at home. It works well and the app is terrific. The customer support is great and happily help me with my minor questions.
Flo Logic, the only system to buy.
I’ve researched many water management systems but the one I chose was FloLogic. Over the past few years there were several alerts and shutoffs that prevented significant damage to my home. FloLogic offers homeowners peace of mind and my insurance company even provides a discount to my policy. There are a number of competitors on the market today but I found FloLogic to be the best system on the market.
Update From August 2020 Review
Over the past year continue to have "Val fail" message. The nice folks at Flogic have tried but does not work. New battery, new power chord,sent unit back, they sent older unit back as replacement, replaced gasket on replacement unit, pulled power chord out. Removed unit numerous times. Have messed with this thing for over a year.Put unit in away mode this weekend and as backing out of drive unit beeps-message Val fail. Does not work for me.

I have two units currently at two separate locations and have been very pleased with the equipment and the peace of mind it provides. The app is a must, it is very intuitive and user friendly, I cannot say enough about the system and how well the app integrates. I did not instal myself but used two separate plumbers who had no issues in installing, I would recommend that unless you are an experienced plumber (and not a weekend warrior like me!) that you use a qualified plumber. I would also mention the stellar support I have received from the Flologic support team, absolutely first class in my experience. I have been protected by the FloLogic’s for about 3 years already and would not consider owning a house without one again. An added advantage that was a pleasant surprise was that my insurer (Pure) gave a discount on my two policies based on having this equipment installed.

Let me begin by saying Flowlogic has giving me peace of mind. I had a major flood in my condo 4 years ago and I was to say the least traumatized. A friend told me about Flowlogic. I had installed 4 years ago and never looked back. I'm a teacher on a fixed income and Flowlogic was worth every penny. I have since had questions that have popped up and always had a knowledgeable tech on the other end of the phone. Today was no exception and Ian from Flowlogic helped me through a situation I wasn't sure about. My unit detected a dripping faucet. Wow!
