I don't think that they have customer…

I don't think that they have customer service in the first place, they don't even have landline because no one will pick up the phone from all their departments (customer service, Collections department... even fraud transactions)

Worst customer service ever, horrible bank, outdated bots, bugged phone service, its insane how bad this bank is, unbelievable, I have accounts with more than 7 banks worldwide, this is by lightyears the worst ever

Very disappointed as the bank has frozen incorrect amount of money from my account

Very disappointed as the bank has frozen an incorrect amount of money due to the transaction, as a consequence, I could not pay my rent, the cheque bounced the bank and then the bank deducted a 100 Riyals fee for that. This is ridiculous!

Worst bank

The worst bank on the planet. Blocking my card every 2 days for security reasons and customer services won’t ever respond and when you go at the branch they make you wait 2 h for a thing that I should even be there The worst bank!!!!! Do not recommend

Bad customer service

It was perfect before covid now they are totally useless even though i spent money and my tie to go to the branch and waited there so many ours when i reach the customer service agent i cant get proper help as they ask me to do my self online.. of course i go my self physically just because im unable to do my self online so why they ask me again to online im totally dissatisfied with their customer service

No fraud protection & customer experience

I have the CBQ account since yrs, until I lost QAR 52000 to fraud no support from the bank, customer service & bank manager do not fully aware how the credit card system works. Never recovered the money, no protection. Worse customer service waiting i have waited 3-4 hrs in normal day, the staffs are tired demotivated. The bank at the moment has great market share but evident at a stage immune to customer complaints & bad experiences

The CBQ mobile application is great and useful. However, once you have questions, customer service support is very slow to respond. Please respond to my query Ref. no. SM- 090522- 03 Account related. 48 hrs and still no respond from them. Thanks
