CBQ is by far the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. In my country their customer service would lead to them going out of business, I am not sure why it is tolerated in Qatar. Lots of hidden fees and plain rude customer service.

the worst bank ever seen do Have pay card from this bank , after did all my shopping coming to use my master card from this bank to pay , showing Error ''do not honor '' even i do have balance in my card , there was a number to call to ask help written 24H customer service , no answer , this is not the bank you can trust .

The Commercial Bank Local Money transfer is not satisfied

CBQ local money transfer from CBQ to another bank account service is not satisfied. Customer service is the worst! They are not solving the problems I've encountered. I transferred money locally to another Qatar Islamic Bank. It was not credit in 24 hours, and then I called them for follow-up they're just telling that the account beneficiary QID required. then I sent them even not receive the money after 24 hours. Again I called them, they said it will be transfer within 24 hours. the money I sent on 4th August, I accepted on that day EID holiday but Bank has opened on 5 th August , But still not receive that money (today 09th August). For this local transaction , I called 5 times to customer care and waste my time and mobile money. today around 12pm received an email remittance confirmation but I checked with beneficiary is not yet received (now time 4pm). I contacted them, they said again money will be transferred within 24 hours. I do not know why they send this confirmation email. #VERY UPSET ON YOUR 24 HOURS LOCAL TRANSACTION. #NOW IT'S ALREADY 5 DAYS BUT STILL MY ISSUE HAVEN'T BEEN RESOLVED!!! #OTHERWISE I COULD GIVE TO BY HAND. #TOTALLY NOT SATISFIED CBQ THIS SERVICES.

CBQ Customer service is the worst

CBQ Customer service is the worst! They are very unresponsive on the problems I've encountered. I transferred money Internationally and then calling them and sending email every now and then to follow-up but after 3 days they're just telling that the account number is invalid, they don't even resolve the issue or guide the customer what to do! Now I cannot cancel the transaction via internet banking because it says it's under process but when you call them, they will not answer your queries and just hang you up in the call! VERY UPSET ON YOUR 60 SECONDS INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER! NOW IT'S ALREADY 4 DAYS BUT STILL MY ISSUE HAVEN'T BEEN RESOLVED!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!
