Item in stock, easy ordering online, competitive price even inc p&p, very quick delivery!

I have used Presto Music for many years. I have always found them to have a comprehensive catalogue of both works and formats, and their prices are very competitive.

Our desired disc had been pre-ordered for some time when it came into stock Presto sent a an email stating this disc was now in stock. There was no indication or acknowledgment that we had already purchased it. So we ordered another. (Amazon for example always tells you when you have already ordered an item). Trying to make contact with Presto to sort this out was so difficult. No one answers the customer line. Finally we left a recorded message saying that we had returned the second disc and just hope we will receive a refund.

I am a frequent customer, mainly because they are entirely reliable, always keep me informed -for instance if there's going to be a delay -never make mistakes with orders, price competitively (I do sometimes compare prices!), pack their parcels really well and, very important, use the best courier, ie Royal Mail! They (Royal Mail) alone, in my experience, ensure that parcels are always delivered to our "safe place" if we are out and/or the weather is wet. Honestly, I can't fault Presto.

Easy to find product and buy. I found the same disc on another platform for a few cents less, but Presto seems to be more "user friendly".

Presto always has more valuable "back story" than other music vendors.

Prompt delivery both by post and download. In the rare event that Presto can`t supply it, then it`s unlikely that anyone else can.
