It was good to see good quality music in Hi Res. Would be top rated if the album's photo was already embedded into the FLAC file and I would not have to do it myself.

I order from PrestoClassical all the time. You fulfill a need that has become almost extinct--being able to get classical music in all formats. And so much is still available. The new streaming service is wonderful as well. Thank you!!!

Great download experience

When I purchase music, I expect a large selection (of jazz) from a lot of artists. I also expect a reasonable price for lossless audio files. I also expect to be able to directly download my purchases. Presto Music gets a very good score on all counts. I will be back. Why does Trustpilot keep sending me email? Stop it. How do I stop getting email from Trustpilot? Stop!

It was first time I had used service. Was very simply and easy to navigate. Resulting download sound is excellent. I was drawn to special offers and will download again . Given quality considering switching from Apple Music to prest streaming service

I lost my entire CD collection due to some extraordinary circumstances, and I no longer own a CD player so I was looking for high quality downloads. The quality is extremely important to me because I listen to baroque and early music, which tend to be very nuanced. I couldn't replace the entire collection but have just managed to replace several old favourites, as well as buying a couple of new recordings I haven't seen before. I listened to the first one on the computer this morning and was thrilled with the sound quality.

Advertising and taking money for records they don't have in stock. This shouldn't be allowed. Got a refund easily enough but wasted three weeks of my time. My first experience of using Presto music. Probably my last.
