I love Presto Classical. I have ordered many digital albums as well as orchestral scores. I have made an error with my latest order and have asked for assistance. I have received no replay and yet I have received an email from Chris O'Reilly asking to rate my experience. It is a little early for me to reply with 5 stars until this matter is settled. It seems simple enough to remedy and yet I have been waiting 24 hours for a respone.

I was able to download the zipped files easily which were also easy to extract and copy onto a memory stick. Sound quality excellent even with MP3 files.

Presto's website is very easy to use and works a treat. Plus the mp3 album I bought was cheaper than on Amazon!

Extremely wide range of good value classical music - I always go there first Extremely wide range of classical music. A lot of it available in HiRes and also Original formats for older recordings. The site is very easy to use and I particularly love the information they send out - just the right amount and frequency to encourage me to look beyond my usual range. I always go first to Presto as I have yet to find a better combination of range and value

When you login to purchase an item, the order form remembers who you are and even your card number, but not your name, address, or telephone. It is very frustrating that you have to fill in all this info each time, even if you are buying a download mp3.

Great selection of music. Easy payment and trouble free download. The quality of the recording was excellent.

On browsing through Presto Music's website, I discovered that they currently had 'on catalogue several' music CDs that I'd first bought, as LPs, over 30 years ago; straight after various Ensemble Cantilena concerts in Glasgow. I put an order in for two CDs, my favourites from the Cantilena LPs I still have (but can't play). The CDs arrived promptly and I can play them on several devices, so I'm happy to be able to remember what I first heard in live concert all those years ago.
