Presto is simply the most user friendly when it comes to purchasing downloads

I never had any issues with purchasing downloads from Presto. Have been using it for years. I really love the fact that I don't need a download app to get the files. That, for me, gives Presto a major edge in comparison to other providers (*cough* Qobuz *cough*). Prices are usually fine. Thumbs up and count me in as a big fan of your site!

Easy to use website

Easy to use website - preview, ordering and downloading all worked fine, despite all my ad-blockers and privacy settings. I thought the downloads had cancelled at one point, but it turned out they were still going so I nearly ended up with two copies of everything!

Finding classical music tracks

I buy tracks of classical music to record them to CD for private use. The Presto finder and listening previews are absolutely marvellous for searching for and selecting music/artists. A first-class system that reveals options one would otherwise never have thought of.

My definitive source for classical music recordings

The website is pretty intuitive and it has a good search function. Downloads are a piece of cake. Above all, though, Presto has become our definitive source for the best in classical recordings.

Excellent, reliable service.

The service offered by Presto music is always prompt and reliable. The staff are courteous, helpful and they resolve any problems quickly. My only criticism would be that Presto are continually pushing their new streaming service. In my opinion people either like to own hard copies of their music or they use streaming services and it is rare for someone to do both. Presto should be able to see from my purchase history that I only ever buy CDs. If Presto were to try and learn more about their customers then they would be able to tailor their offers to suit.

In our country, CDs shop closes down becouse prices of CDs were too high to afford. Streaming Music cuts them off from ever coming back in business.

Great and fair pricing. When there is a sale, you get bargain prices which encourage you to build your collection and explore other artists and composers. This will create interest in classical music.

Undoing a technical error

My computer and cd players will not play SACDs. I ordered a much wanted Full SQs of Britten, thinking that my equipment would 'cope'. then I Google'd "Will a CD player play SACDs?" No. I asked Customer Service to cancel my order, despite it being my mistake, and, promptly Tracy Clayton /Customer Service obliged. What a relief.

I have enjoyed music pieces that I downloaded from Presto. However there is one thing that I wish you could do - accompany each download with the album cover as iTunes does. Otherwise you are the best!!
