Paid £70 for music over 2 months ago. Music never arrived. No-one answers the phone, none of the email addresses work. Eventually got through to a Dave who said he would sort it and did nothing. They still seem to be in business and taking peoples money. I call that stealing.

Please include artwork in FLAC metadata

Great website, easy to use/navigate and a fantastic music app - way better than Amazon for example. Customer service used once - and that was excellent as I had wrongly tabbed to mp3 instead of FLAC. Sorted immediately. My only gripe is that some music disappears from My Library (streaming), not sure why, presume licensing?

Everything was fine, after I sent my payment I immediately could download the music.

Great choice of music, easily searchable. Good choice of formats. Purchase and download is speedy.

Presto is the most wonderful website/shop! The information and presentation is always immaculate, the staff extremely helpful and the systems for both physical and digital delivery is superb. Plus so much useful 'extra' content! Basically my favourite website. Thank you so much to the whole team.

I have already bought digital music at Presto's before, but it was my first time downloading FLAC. Everything went fine, but I could not convert the format to wav to store it in a physical CD, nor either converting to mp3. If you have some advice it would be nice to hear about it. Furthermore I am curious about the possibility of, while buying FLAC, also being able to download mp3 form the store within te same shop. FLAC is more expensive, so I find the possibility affordable from the client side. Maybe you would you consider the option in the future. Regards from Buenos Aires, ARG.

Great prices and selection along with superb search functionality equals the best vendor of jazz and classical music. I do wish that the option to search by price was available though.
