Have been dealing with Presto Music for years and my recent purchase again underscores my 5 star rating. The selection is huge, the website easy to navigate, pricing is competative and the downloads have beenissue free. And after sales service is, in my experience, excellent.

I am happy with the recording I bought from Presto in a few minutes. It was very easy to access my account and then it took, really, a couple of min to get what I'd chosen. It would be great to find, though, the new recording of Turandot to download that, too.

The collection is vast and more than satisfying, The site structure and features such as the "Wishlist", order history and the "My Library Feature" which comes are more than one would wish for. The reviews are very helpful and are a solid guidance. The service impeccable.

Presto's customer service is wonderful: I had a problem with a delivery - the delivery service's fault, not Presto - they were most helpful in getting the problem resolved even in the face of the holiday rush and multiple issues caused by Royal Mail strikes and other problems. Their range of products in classical music is the best I've found, a wide range of CDs, including re-issues licensed by Presto, along with downloads of many otherwise unavailable recordings.
