Having just completed my first re-mortgage, I want to give a massive shout out to Tracey Green who has been extremely helpful throughout the process and has kept me updated at all times. Her and the Ocean mortgages team have been superb - I would 100% recommend them.

I was impressed by the work of Lily in helping us secure our tenancy and the work of Laura in ensuring that our move-in went smoothly. Both gave quick and clear replies to any questions I had.

Andy was friendly, helpful and didn't rush me to put the house on the market after the photos were taken. There was very little feedback from Ocean from those dozen people who visitedt our property so no idea whether first time visit, or a repeat. House sold quickly, at advertised price, but buyers after surveyors report wanted to knock £25,000 off the price. I felt the agreed price by Ocean was fair, but felt a lack of support and enthusiasm to push the buyers into paying the amount I'd agreed on. After months of waiting for buyers various reports, they still wanted £25,000 off for no good reason. When Julie was there, I felt she was fully on my side, and after weeks of stress it was finally agreed at £10,000 less than original asking price, which included an estimate for a chimney problem I had offered to pay for at the beginning. Laura had a tough job with the conveyancing both with the buyers and our sellers, and did an excellent job in the light of so many difficulties.

Keith has handled our account both professionally and personally. He has been very clear in talking us through all of the details and is a top bloke. I would recommend him to anyone considering renting out their property.

Being new to the whole house selling thing and also going through greaving after not long losing my mum this was a mine field for me and was clueless. Oceans in Shirehampton has been amazing right from start to finish! The team are so helpfull and very good at what they do.
