I had a good experience with Ocean in Filton . They always tried the best. Always professional and helpful. Happy with the service .

Initially smooth sailing and great photos. Annoying inaccuracies in promotional materials for the house that were never fully fixed despite requesting them to be corrected. Then lots of viewings but no offers. When asked, unable to give specific useful feedback about why people weren't offering. Eventually switched estate agents to Elephant (who were excellent in every way) and sold within 2 weeks. Update for accuracy: should have said no serious offers. Did have one below asking price offer very early on that Ocean were clear they thought wasn't serious. We attempted to negotiate and it was immediately withdrawn, confirming that view.

Although I've only just started the process with Ocean Estate both Tommy and Will have been really friendly and genuinely seem happy to help me with any queries I have. Everything is resolved in a timely fashion with no hesitation and unlike other Estate/Lettings agents I've worked with, they seem like they actually want to provide a good service to their customers rather than using the market to stiff-arm tenants into agreements that suit them.

Mark Cutler and Tanya West from Shirehampton branch were amazing at selling our bungalow in Shirehampton from the word go kept us in the loop from start to finish extremely helpful. Ashleigh Westcott-Egan from North street Southville was the best person ever, she called back within minutes if unable to take my call. Helped me with all my questions and queries. I will definitely e using these three people again when I sell my other bungalow in Severn Beach
