We were very happy with the service from Ocean during the recent sale of my mother's house. The staff were helpful and friendly and happy to deal with any questions we had. Everything was dealt with efficiently and the sale went through very smoothly.

My overall experience has been great from all the team at Ocean. I chose Claire Ham due to her local knowledge, having sold neighbouring property recently she assured me she had some potential leads. The property sold the same weekend it went on the market for the asking price. Jenny Green, Ashleigh Westcott-Egan and team then made the rest of the process as easy as possible, keeping me updated with developments. Lost out on a significant amount of money as the solicitors did not put through mortgage payment redemption in time. It's a shame that you have to constantly chase them to do what seems to be everyday parts of their role. Getting information from them is like extracting blood from a stone. If you're happy to email them every day then you should go with these guys as they did give us a decent rate in comparison. You get what you pay for.
