My experience with this company has been very positive and most rewarding. Alli Wolber, my senior branding consultant, is amazing. She has walked me through every step of the publishing process and offered reassurance along the way. I respect most of all her honesty. She has always been available for questions and concerns I may have had.

They promoted and produced an ad …

They promoted and produced an ad in the NY Times. However, it doesn't provide any information about the books. Also, I was shown an example of a two-page ad; this appears to be a one-page ad. However, it is in the NY Times, and it's the December issue. So, why am I complaining?

I love this company! 💙

I was happy that my books are on display and I'm very happy about that. However, I'm not keen on surprises with spending more money. As I got a call to spend more money on another service that I may or may not need. However I'm in love with this company as they are selling my books in their locations.

Your sales people are too pushy; they don't take 'No' for an answer, and that is frustrating.
