Raquel at Reading Glass Books is deliberately OFFENSIVE. I have a fancy Stanford PhD but she persists in calling me "Ms" - even though I have told her and her colleagues repeatedly dozens and dozens of time to NOT address me as "Ms" and to address me as "Doc" - which I EARNED. That is ignored and they persist in offending me while TAKING NEARLY $6000K from me - AVOID THIS LOW CLASS "OUTFIT" A bookstore promoting my book needs to be more aware of EARNED DEGREES and NUMEROUS PUBLISHED BOOKS - and to NOT offend while claiming to promote. It is totally improper to address me as "Ms. Beverly" Duh????? My name is "Docpotter". -DOCPOTTER

I had a publishing issues with With one of my publishers. I searched for a publishing company to help me out. And luckily I found Ella Turner or should I say she found me? After telling Ella about my bad experience with that publishing company, she told me that she was there to help me out. I can honestly say that I'm very happy now with the out come of her work.
