No sooner had a I placed my order when H&B reached out to confirm all of my measurements all in the effort to make sure I had a good fit. After a a few emails were exchanged I was next notified that my new jacket was on its way. And I was not disappointed one bit when it arrived. It fits and looks great. The buying experience and customer service was exemplary. Not only would I not hesitate to recommend or buy another item from Hawk & Bull, but it might be the first place I check.

I paid £159 for a coat which arrived in a small package,very poor quality, and nowhere like the description. On reaching out to the customer services guys ,I was asked if I will keep the coat for a 50% refund. The quality was appalling and i refused. The customer services guy then wrote back referring to me as a "thingumajig" ,not only a appalling product, atrocious customer service,stay well away !!!

I got the ww2 leather trench coat and I must say the quality is superb. I was very impressed with the fit and overall design of the jacket. The customer service was one of the best I experienced as they were extremely fast and courteous.

I always wanted a leather coat and happened across the Hawk and Bull site. After trying to work out the fit off the rack, I was contacted by Ahmed who suggested a custom name. He stepped me through the measurement process and away we went! Ahmed kept me informed the whole way. When the coat arrived (on time and very quickly) it was amazing! Perfect fit, fantastic leather and amazing workmanship. I couldn’t be happier and cannot recommend Gawk and Bill highly enough. Thanks team great work!
