Haven’t really had a chance to use this winter coat but it’s beautiful. Tthe leather is soft and the interior lining is also beautiful. I love the fur on the hat, and the fact of the hat detaches. My only drawback is that it seems a little bit lightweight for a winter coat as far as the filling goes, but like I said previously I have not worn it yet and now it’s spring.

Recently ordered a jacket off them and was unable to pay the import tax fee. After reaching out to them to explain the issue they kindly offered me a 27 pound partial refund to help pay. I was not expecting such kindness and now the jacket has arrived, I'm so glad I bought it. Amazing quality and great customer service! All round 10/10!

Ordered a leather jacket for my dad and was unsure as I’ve never heard of this site before. However, shortly after we placed the order, I received an email asking to get more detailed body measurements to ensure that the jacket they would send is in the correct size. Then came the jacket which I left for my dad to open himself and he was very satisfied with the item. Only slight bad thing was the smell that the jacket came with which of course is natural because of the leather material so the jacket was left out for a few days until the smell was gone. Overall a good shopping experience and responsive customer service.

Excellent customer service. I ordered online and they promptly emailed to enquire my measurements so that they could ensure the coat would fit. We had a good and polite email exchange and the dispatched my size. Delivery was prompt and I was kept informed. They even followed up after delivery to check I was happy with the coat.

Wollte einen Ledermantel und habe ihn bekommen ohne Probleme beim Versand oder sonstiges, war 3 mal verpackt, unbeschädigt und passt ziemlich gut, wurde sogar noch genau gefragt wegen Körpergröße und Maße aber diese mail ist in meinem Spam Ordner gelandet d.h. bis ich das gemerkt und geantwortet habe wurde der Mantel schon verschickt was eh gut war von der Wartezeit her aber passt dennoch genau wie erwartet habe mich auch abgemessen davor trotzdem ein freundlicher Kundenservice weil ich ihnen den Grund fürs nicht antworten noch mitgeteilt habe, beim Leder bin ich jetzt kein Experte also nicht sicher ob es ganz echt ist, es ist mal echtes Leder angegeben und wirkt für mich qualitativ gut auch von der Verarbeitung her, bin zufrieden, Hauptsache ich hab den Mantel den ich wollte, unbeschädigt und er passt. Grüße gehen raus
