No delivery, no customer service

Unfortunately I am joining the club of very unhappy customers. My delivery is two weeks late now and I have no idea if I will ever receive the goods. I have tried to contact GreatArt via phone and email and had absolutely no response whatsoever. Customer service is non existent! They cannot blame it on Covid as all the other companies I order from seem to be coping. Do not order from this company if you want to avoid disappointment.

What a shame!

What a shame! Avoid ordering anything on-line The fact that there is absolutely no response from costumer services makes your blood boil. It has been 3 weeks since I ordered and I still haven't received a call or I haven't found a way for the shop to respond to my emails or pick up the phone to check what has happened to my order. As an artist, I used to love the shop... sadly they forgot about costumer service. Disappointing.

Same review as everyone esle's..

Update: After starting a dispute against them on paypal they suddenly replied back to me quickly and have since luckily refunded me as i had to go and get the items elsewhere as they would have took 4weeks plus to come. i have ordered my items from France that arrived in 4 days... So avoid this company unless you can wait more than a month for your art supplies to arrive when you are trying to make money from your art... Also regarding DHL: i have ordered a cat litter on friday, dispatched the same day via DHL and arrived on Monday prompt! the issue is not DHL , the issue is Greatart, after going back to way older reviews shows that it has been an issue for a long time! So if you want your supplies to arrive on time DO not order from this company ever again... Original review: Same review as everyone else's... Sadly...They have a great big selection but what is the point when they have such a misleading website?! It says they have the items in stock but now waiting for over 2 weeks and the items nowhere to be seen. Apparently it has been dispatched, however the tracking doesn't show anything. They are not replying back for emails for over a week now! I understand that there is a shortage of stock at the moment because of covid but then do not mislead people thinking that you have them and buy from you just to be told you have to wait another 4-5 week in a hope it will arrive... And the fact that they just disappear and not respond is a really bad customer service policy.I got to a point now that i had to order items from elsewhere... Very very disappointing and frustrating situation... Right now i just wish they give me a refund instead of sending the package but since no tracking info or no email responses i can't even do anything...

Awful, awful and awful

I, like everyone else paid a fortune for postage only to wait 4weeks for delivery. They blamed it on the courier and covid, but other companies managed to deliver within a week for a third of the postage. I even had a parcel from the US within 2weeks. Their courier company, different to the one they said, were shocking! Having got no response within 2.5 seconds because we were in the studio, let themselves into my house and put the parcel in the hall. This company are unbelievable, avoid like the plague, i won't use them again.

Same complaint as everyone else.

Same complaint as everyone else here. I have ordered numerous items from numerous companies via their online services and despite Covid they have all delivered. I have not had problems before. Please Great Art, make some kind of statement to reassure. Just spent the morning completing a credit card claim against the above losses. Minutes after sending the form my goods arrived. I didn't mind waiting it's the lack of communication here that's the problem.

Won’t answer my emails

I ordered some paint and two 6-packs of canvasses. They estimated 5 - 8 days for delivery. 5 weeks later I am still waiting for some of the canvasses. Emails are not replied to, and I can’t get through on the phone. I have demanded my money back but can’t get a reply from them. Very bad customer service. I won’t use them again.

Avoid this company.

Avoid this company. IMPORTANT if you paid with PayPal you can contact Greatart via PayPal by putting in a complaint. They answered both of my messages, but said I have to wait 30 days before they will issue a refund. UPDATE. My item finally arrived, but I will not be ordering from this company again until I see a lot of possive reviews and believe they have sorted out their problems.

AVOID at all costs

Like so many others I have been waiting weeks for an order which was paid in full at the time. I have emailed, phoned, left messages and never receive a reply or call back. This really is a disgrace and cannot be described as 'customer service'. My next port of call will be my credit card company to obtain a refund through them. I recommend you don't touch this company with a barge pole and go to a much more reliable supplier. AVOID at all costs. One star is one too many.

Order arrived!

I can see from the reviews that LOADS of people have been having a bad experience receiving their order. I had read them this morning and was fearing the worse. I tried ringing one more time and some one answered!! They checked my details and said it should arrive by tomorrow and it arrived today. I'm very relieved as I like this company have used them for years and have always been happy in the past. Let's hope they are on the way to overcoming their problems and start putting things right for all their customers.
