Not like it used to be, service is awful, they lose orders

Hello, I am a long term customer who has written several stellar reviews about your fine service and great quality, which I am used to. However, this time things were different: 1. Usually after placing an order, I get immediate confirmation, this time I did not receive confirmation, after 3 days I called and was told " occasionally there is a problem, it will be taken care of right away". But it wasn't taken care of right away as I had to wait another 2 days just for confirmation of order. Several days later I received notice of shipment; 2. Your listed dates of order and confirmation are incorrect, it was ordered several days before what you list. The problem seems to be you lost the order and listed the date of order received when you found it, not when it I placed it. Eventually I got the order, after calling you, however on the call I was promised immediate action but it took another 48 hours just to hear that you had received the order. This was not the Endoca I had learned to depend on to get needed medicine on time. And that was when the pandemic was full bore, my last order processed perfectly. However, I was very disappointed with the last transaction, ordering, confirmation and shipment seem to have gone way down in quality. Adding an addition 2 weeks later: endoca finally did contact me but not to make things right as they had promised in their answer below. Instead, they blamed it on the shipper and said " someone would be in touch to discuss how I might have a better experience." They never addressed the lag in time re they're losing the order nor offered any accommodation. Since things have drastically changed at the U.S. ordering site, I will send a letter to to the main office so they know something has gone wrong in their U.S. office. I have already found a similar product and as I told them, I will never again order from endoca. However, they seem just fine with losing a long term customer. They no longer have customer loyalty.

Inconsistent quality

The color and potency of the extract is different from what I recieved in the past. I realize it is from plant so the plants differ. However, the first we received about 2 uears ago was an amber color and definitely was more potent then. This time, it is dark and looked just like the 200mg extract with similar effects. Considering the 300mg is almost $100 more I expected product effect consistency. I loved the product originally which is why I reordered. I am not sure if I will again because it's not the same quality. Will just get 50mg capsules.
