It took 16 days from the moment of payment to the day of delivery. But the delivery also happened not at the stated time, but later. Very strangely organized.

Looks like I was charged twice

I didn't find the website too easy to use but this may have been because I accessed it with my phone. It kept jumping back when I scrolled down and there were intrusions to my scrolling such as email options and all that. Otherwise the website was informative and otherwise easy to navigate with quick links in prose which is always useful
